Privacy Policy

n8n calendar is a private automation application operated by Shin Kim. This policy explains how the application handles information accessed through Google APIs and related automation services.

Information the app may access

When the owner authorizes the application, it may access Google data needed for configured workflows, including Gmail and Google Sheets data. Depending on the OAuth scopes granted, Gmail access may include the ability to view, compose, send, modify, or delete messages. Google Sheets access may include reading and updating spreadsheets used for automation configuration, market data, and reporting records.

How information is used

The application uses Google data only to run owner-authorized n8n workflows for Gmail report sending and Google Sheets workflow management, including:

Data sharing and sale

The application does not sell Google user data. The application does not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data is processed only for the owner's personal automation workflows.

Data storage and retention

Workflow configuration, execution history, and OAuth tokens may be stored in the owner's self-hosted n8n environment. Data is retained only as long as needed to operate, debug, or audit the workflows. The owner may revoke Google access at any time from the Google Account permissions page or by deleting the credentials from n8n.

Google API Limited Use disclosure

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

Access credentials are intended to be stored in the private n8n instance controlled by the owner. Reasonable technical and operational measures are used to limit access to the automation environment.
